Field Hockey....Gone
I've played field hockey for 6 years (7-12) and it's so sad that I am most likely not ever going to play it again. There is always the possibility of playing in college, but I don't think I'm good enough. I loved being out on the field, and I didn't mind having to run a lot in the summer to prepare for pre-season. I feel that as far as my playing capabilities go, this year was definitely the best. However, the other girls on the team were quite clique-ish and didn't let me join their circle of friends. I learned that no matter what they did or said, all that mattered was that I had fun out on the field and that I had worked for 6 long years doing something I really love.
