It's Stopping Me From Riding

Hey! I love to ride so much, sitting on the back of such a powerful animal, and feeling its muscles surge underneath you, it's amazing! I used to ride, from age 7-11, but I had to stop as my allergy to horses got so bad. I couldn't ride without coughing, sneezing, my eyes going red and coming up in hives everywhere, and all the treatments I tried haven't worked AT ALL. I can't even walk into a tack room without sneezing and my eyes going red, so I was forced to quit. However, I've restarted again now! My allergy is not going to stop me from riding, my favorite sport, never! Does anyone else have this problem, and if they do, what allergy treatment do they use and what routines do they go by?

hye this isnt my account its my siters^_^but anyway i s horses ever sence i was 2 and im 13 now i dont get 2 go around horses alot but when i do its great!well anyway im allergic 2 just about everything and i really wanted a dog but guess what i was algeric 2 them well i finally got my mom 2 get me a dog and when i did id sneeze alot and my eyes would itch but the more time i spent with kovew(my dog)the better my allergys got!now i can hug kovew with our sneezing or anything!!!!

I think that would be horrible, allergerys keeping you away from horses I horses too!! You should definatley to the doc. and ask him about a S or pills for your allergeys, so that you can continue to live your horse loving life!

You should look for a Bashkir Cury horse. They are hypoallergenic and very cute!
