Losing Streak
Hi, my name is Lindsey. I live in Delaware and I played for a community basketball team. Although you don't try out for it you still get put under a team. My team was a little different. First we had 12 people like a regular game but most of the girls were really short, skinny and a lot younger. I know being short is an advantage in the game but not when they shoot. There were 2 average girls, and 2 tall girls, the rest were short. My friend Lindsay and I were there 2 in the back because we could never get the ball up to the other basket before it being stolen, we also were the shooters. See our team won only one game and we lost 2 of our other players (good players) to another team. Lindsay and I always showed up to a game except one. Lindsay wasn't feeling very well so she missed out on our best game. That night there were only 6 of us. I being the tallest had it bad because I could never pass it to anyone. That night we won the game for the fist and last time. At picture day you can guess who showed up, your right Lindsay and I. We had so much spirit we got to have pizza with the winning team but we didn't get a trophy. Isn't it funny.
