Keep In Shape
I like to buy "Sport Magazines" in order to keep in shape! I usually purchase fitness magazines because they often give great tips on how to keep fit. The magazines give tips on workouts, behavior, and eating habits. I am not too into the whole diet deal, but sometimes I do add in more carbohydrates and work out extra hard. Many people eat more carbos, but they don't work it off and it turns into fat.

Anyway, if you are interested in finding good healthy tips, you really have to purchase sport or fitness magazines. It really will keep you in shape!

No reading the magazines wont keep you in shape, you actually have to work out to get those benefits

Yup, mags are great for that. I like Fitness myself, but I like Men's Health sometimes too. (even though I'm a girl).
