Just A Story
I am a girl, and I have tried skateboarding. I suck (big surprise), I don't really understand why I suck so much. I'm pretty good at snowboarding, wakeboarding, and long boarding. But anyway, I hang out with my guy friends at the skate park.. I don't skateboard when I'm there though. Many people call me a "poser" for doing it, yet when I don't go to the skate park for a day and then go back the next day everyone there asks where I was. Does this make me a skateboarding "groupie" or something? I always thought about it as just another sport. People go and just watch baseball and basketball all the time, so why can't I watch skateboarding? Sorry this story is so long and boring, but I guess if you are this far already then you don't care. Heh.

Well maybe the skaters there (more specifically the guys) get really nervous when ppl (chix) watch, I know alot guys that can't skate in front of girls cause it makes them nervous, and they screw up and whipe out alot more. Watching is fun, but don't get in the way of the skaters (I know that when I go 2 skateparks to skate I hate it when there's girls watching especially preps cause they're just there to check out the guys and its pretty sad, , and just stay out of their way cause we'll usually tell ppl who watch "your taking up alot of valuble skating room" :) Hope I helped
