Trying To Lose Weight
I know that my weight is pretty average for a fourteen year old. I am 5'4" and I believe I weigh around 120 pounds. But here's the thing... I have huge hips and a lot of fat on my stomach. My upper legs could be thinner too. Between me and you, my boobs could be a little bit bigger if you know what I mean. Sometimes I'm so so so motivated on losing weight and then I could care less. I try running around a mile a day but I'm not doing too good on that at all. I thought about being bulimic then I realized what could happen so I said NO. I just want to lose some weight before school starts up again. Please help me someone.

Hey! I'm trying to lose weight also. I'm also 14, but I'm 5'7" and 136 lbs. I'm a swimmer, so it's mostly muscle- except for those trouble spots- hips and thighs. I only have a bit of fat on my stomach, but I'm trying to get rid of it all. I just want to be below 130, maybe about 125. The only problem right now: it August, so it's a month off from training. That just means I can't let myself eat my usual 2,500+ calories since I usually train for 3-5 hours a day.

So, maybe we can be parteners in this together? School starts for me September 6th, and it's High school so I want to look perfect. We could message eac hother with progress daily, if you want? If not, there's a livejournal community called the 28dayplan. I've lost 6.2 pounds in the past eightteen days, and I've been goofing off and eating tons the past three- so I could be less than that. Most people see between 6-15 pounds of weight loss, depending on where they are when they start. It's a great, and motivating community. You keep track of excercise and your food intake(not neccasarily calories, but like how much and what kind). They also have daily challenges.

My current eating plan: limt 2 servings of junk foor a week, not too many carbs(-_-'), more protein, tons of water, and atleast an hour of cadio and 30 minutes of toning a day. Want to join me? You can make your own plan though, my focus is getting back to my toned body I had before I hurt my knee really bad in February...
