Looking For Music
I teach a level one tap class that only has on student in it currently. So for our recital I have decided to dance with her. My problem is now that I cannot find a piece of music appropriate for her skill level. She is in 2nd grade so I can't use anything too babyish. I need something with a strong beat that she can follow as well as a good message in the lyrics, but I don't want the tempo to be to fast. If anyone knows a song that could work, let me know. I would really appreciate any help that you would be able to give. Thank you so much!

Try going onto google.com and go to video and look up Part Of Your World. My sister who is 15 still sings along with it even though it was in The Little Mermaid.

Have you already started choreographing the routine? If you havn't, then I will look, but if you have, if you could give me a general idea of the routine, I think I could help. Oh... one more thing. Is the rectial with more then just you two? and if so, what is the recital theme? Thanks, and I hope I can help. You can e-mail me at bluejulia93@aol.com
