Problem Players

I made my JV high school team this year and I'm only in 8th grade. I am the first 8th grader to make starter pitcher in 20 years. But all the other softball pitchers I have been playing with are saying I'm not good and putting me down. Everyone that is on Varsity says that they don't know what they are talking about but everyone my age believes them. I just broke my leg but I am still playing and all these other girls keep trying to hurt me more during practice so I won't be able to play anymore. I don't know what I should do about it!
