I Want Model Legs!
Hey. I'm 5'6" and have the biggest knees, thighs and calves. I wish they were thin. I feel so self-conscious about them and I have tried everything. I've tried lunges, the treadmill, pilates. I've heard heard that doing stretches helps them get skinnier but I never knew if it was true. Ive been wanting model legs for a long time. So if anyone has any tips please give them to me because I can't take it anymore. I have never hear anything about losing weight around the knees before so if any one has anything about that it would be so great.

i have ALWAYS been self-consicous about my legs...my mom has supermodel legs and I didn't inherit them unfortunately...however I realized other people appreciated my own type of legs (muscular calves, and strong, bigger thighs..) when I went to college...guys like strong, not necessarily thin legs too. my roommate actually told me one day that she overheard guys across our dorm talking about how nice mine are. haha. soooo don't feel bad! dress em up, put lotion on em so that ehy have a nice gleam, use self tanner, idk, and find clothing styles that flatter you and you should be fine : )

Oh my goodness. I have the exact same problem. I HATE my legs! I refuse to show them in public and I :) wearing shorts and dresses/skirts. But I will NOT wear them out in public and that sucks. If you find out anything that can help, will you please e-mail me [ blairwhite369@ hotmail.com ].
