The Best Way to Swim?
I'm going to do swimming in the morning, maybe about twice a week. But what is the best way to swim? I know that sounds like a pretty dumb question, but I want to become faster and stronger at swimming and tone my body a bit more. I just do laps, but how long do you think I should swim for? How many laps and what strokes? Do you think I should go more than twice a week? Are you supposed to eat before or after exercising? Do you think that by swimming a few times a week will make me a more healthy person in general or not really? All advice and information is really appreciated! Thanks for reading!

swimming 2 times a week is good if u could go more times it would be better.
