Hey! Can Someone Help Me?
I just need to know what type of exercises help you jump higher, get more control over the ball, and help with serving. Basically, any techniques that help you become a better Volleyball player, other than practising, cuz I know that already. Also, anything that helps you become a middle hitter and a side hitter.
I just need to improve my game so that I'll make the team this year because I was on a break from Volleyball for a year, (not voluntarily). So, any information that you can offer would be helpful. Even though I stopped playing in the team for a year I still love Volleyball. It's my life!!!!
