I've been playing tennis competivly since i was about 6, i am 15 now. I am doing pretty good, i have been winning some matches and some tournaments. But lately i have been gettin very emotional when i am a few points down or a few games down, and it has been gettting in the way of my game. Do ne of u have ne suggestions on wut i can do to stop gettin soooooo emotional.

do you look like this or this or this beacuse if you look like any of those you have big emotional problems and i think you should just hit the ball as hard as you can rite at your opponent's head that would make me feel alot better. If you dont want to do that then i suggest that you take it up with them after the game after you kick their ass in the tennis game am i ing you at all margarita? cuz if im not the i'll talk to you in school and give you much better advice. I hope i answered your questions. I am awesome at tennis and i will give you some pointers sometime and then i'll make you kool-aid ttyl ~latisha~

that is the trouble, something you should have learned by now with your experience is that tennis is 80% mental and 20% physical. After you make an error get over it. Play it for the next point, you do not have to make up for the stupid s , just get back to playing. I was in the same position, it was not until I really took those words to be completely true that I started not only to win, but to have ; that is what it is all about. Good luck.
