Dont worry. Both of U. I started skating at age 12. all you have to do is ask your teacher to teach U next step moves before the test so you can skip steps. right now I am a freeskate 5. I skipped 6 steps. And have stating. If you dont have a pation for it and your not talented in it then your just wasting your money. Take 1 class and see how U like it. Oh yeah dont expect to start sit spins and lay backs and toe loops and other jumps at the begining. there is 18 steps before you get there. And each class is about $100.00 each for 9 days of lessons. Plus if you fail your test you have to re-take the step. So you see what I mean about having a talent for it. At your age you HAVE to be talented in it so your money doesnt go out the window. Not to mention the costumes you have to buy. the cheap ones are $50.00 and more. | |
