| i had a problem for a really long time with twisting early. so what you have to is set for as long as you can. try to pick a spot that you can look at while your going up so that you dont twist. just do layouts with maybe a friend holding up some fingers that you should be able to see when you set, once youve got that down and you know apporx. where the top of your set is drop one aarm. (left is you twist to the left) and then pull your other arm towards it . another way is to do your half, see the ground and try to pull in the other half, i did that for a while and then eventually it just all comes as one. ps. i dont think i explained that very well, so if you dont understand what i mean dont try it because i dont want you to get hurt. good luck=) | |

| i just started learning my fulls, and my coach had a blue mat on the tramp, he would have me practice just doing back layouts and spotting the mat, he said that as soon as i see the matt thats when i start twisting, my only problem is i dont twist fast enough, so i cant land it yet. TIPS!?, please... thanx | |
