Have any of you tried "The Firm?" Well, it's like a series of exercise videos. I've tried two of them...Express Cardio and Hips, Abs, and Thighs or whatever. Express cardio worked me pretty darn good because it made sweat bounce off of my head. The one that works your abs, hips, and thighs made me sore and tired. I really enjoyed it. The Express Cardio has a lot of cardio moves to it and it's hard to keep up with but the other one works fairly slow. Today was my first day trying it but I hear many people get results out of it. There are other ones that work your back, posture, upper body, and more. The good thing about the two I had was I could feel myself getting a workout. I find it so . | |
