| So i am bout to start this whole weight training muscle toneing fat burning process but the only problem is i do not know what kind of exercised make you lose the fat. so any susgestions? | |

Weight training does not make you lose weight...Cardio does. Cardio is good for your heart and lungs and s you burn fat along the way. Try a punching bag or start walking. I've actually started bodybuilding which s you gain muscle for aesthetic reasons but the weight gained can you burn more calories. | |

| The best thing I can suggest is if you want to lose fat and gain muscle...Do some cardio for 20-30 minutes before you lift. Then, lift for a half an hour to one hour. | |
