| You know, my father always talks about my eating habits to other people and all they're trying to do is get me to stop eating. What do you expect out of a beginning bodybuilder? Not eat anything and lift triple the amount????? Don't quite make sense does it? I might be overweight according to doctors but when I had an actual bodyfat testing done with a skin caliper it ended up being in the 20-22% range which isn't too bad for a growing teenager. Yeah, I may eat a lot and work out often which isn't bad. I'm 5'8" and 184 lbs. but what's there to worry if my bodyfat % is in the normal range? Can somebody explain to me why or how my eating habits can be bad or is my dad making any sense? | |
