Honestly, on my very very good days the most I can bench is around 100-110 which I have done that before which only happens once a month. Usually, I bench around 60-80 lbs., which is the most I can do without hurting myself. I'm more focused on technique than the quantity because I know that it will come in time. By the way, my dad's very strong too so maybe I got that from genetics.  | |
